How do I register on Ruby Fortune?
Can I register a credit card on my account that is not under my name?
No. Ruby Fortune does not allow players to create an account with a credit card they don’t own. The account holder must use a card for which he is the signatory. How do I deposit money to my Ruby Fortune account?
To deposit money into your account, click on the “Bank” tab at the top right of the screen. You’ll then see the different Banking options available (credit cards, debit cards, instant payments, etc.). Choose one and select the amount of money you want to deposit. How does online game wagering work?
When you play one of our online games, you'll have the ability to either use "virtual money" or your bank money. To play with bank money requires you to deposit a minimum amount first. Then, in each game, your money balance will be shown at the bottom of the screen. To make a wager, click on the "plus" or "minus" button to place a bet. If you want to wager the maximum, you can opt to click on the max bet button at the right.

How do I withdraw money from my account?

Do my bonus points, loyalty points, and promotions last forever?
No. All your unused bonuses, loyalty points or promotions that generated bonuses will lapse after six months. In other words, you can use your bonus points whenever you want before their expiration date. Ruby Fortune keeps absolute discretion in these measures and can make any decision we see fit.

Can I create multiple accounts to get multiple promotions?
No. Creating multiple accounts to get multiple promotions is prohibited. Moreover, you can’t benefit from any new account promotions if you already have an account at one of the other casinos of the same group as Ruby Fortune. Any attempt to circumvent those rules is forbidden.
Can I withdraw money from promotions without playing?
No. Every promotion or bonus won requires minimum wagering of at least 50 times before you can make a transfer. As an example, if you receive a bonus of 100 dollars, you’ll need to wager a total amount of 5000. That said, any winnings made from your own money can be withdrawn at any time. What is the loyalty program?

What happens if I get disconnected during a game?
Usually, if you get disconnected while you're placing a bet, your account balance will be refreshed and show the outcome of the play. On the other hand, if the server doesn't compute your wager, you will be presented with the new bet the next time you connect to the service. In other words, you will be able to play your game where you left.
