GENERAL INFORMATION

Please note that it is not necessary for you to withdraw your winnings at the end of each session. Your account can be maintained with a positive balance, and will be automatically saved by our server. These credits will be available for you to use the next time you log on to Ruby Fortune Casino. Ensuring your account maintains a positive balance has the following advantages.
a) You don't need to deposit each time you want to play and
b) You won't deplete your deposit limits unnecessarily.

All withdrawals are made through the casino software. There are 5 options to withdraw a winning balance from your casino account. To process a withdrawal simply click on the bank button on the main screen of the Ruby Fortune Casino software. Once at the bank, please click on the "withdrawal" tab and enter the amount that you wish to withdraw in the box that appears. This will record your withdrawal with us, it will appear on our systems immediately and will be processed within 24 hours. Further bank processing time may however apply, transactions may take up to 4 business days to show on your account statements.

NOTE: as a means of security and in compliance with banking regulations, it may be deemed necessary for the casino to request copies of identification documents from a player, before payment of a withdrawal can be made.  Examples of documents include driver's license, utility bill etc.

Failure to submit all requested documents may result in payment being withheld.

Withdrawal's can be reversed, for your convenience. It is possible to reverse your withdrawals online! However, you will need to make the reversal within 24 hours of your last withdrawal to be successful. Details provided below.

REVERSAL OF A REQUEST
